Yesterday, the Fulton County Youth Leadership Academy (FCYLA) met at New Holland Rochester to meet with Jim Straeter in order to learn about entrepreneurship and innovation. He gave a an excellent speech to the kids about the courage it takes to put the hard work, effort, and some acceptance of failure in the process of succeeding. After talking about his own innovations, the Cornrower and designing solar panels that can be affordable for the average consumer, the kids came up with some of their own ideas and inventions.
